More inventory options

Start with items changing location

Business premises may have very different equipment depending on their activity. This template lets you build the list using your items rather than assuming the business contents. Distinguish furniture being moved from installations staying there. Add each item with a recognisable name, quantity and dimensions.

Divide the premises into work areas

Organise items by areas such as customer service, work or storage, adapted to your layout. This separation lets you review a complete area before moving to another. If one piece of equipment serves several spaces, count it only once and choose a list location where it is easy to find.

Describe specific equipment

For a custom counter or your own equipment, check dimensions instead of using those of a similar item. Identify items requiring professional dismantling, disconnection or installation and tell the company about those needs. The inventory gathers moving information but does not determine suitable procedures for each piece of equipment.

Volume prepares the enquiry; the company assesses the price

The calculation uses list quantities and dimensions to estimate cubic metres. Also review access conditions and tasks needed at the origin and destination when explaining the job. The tool does not calculate a price for business premises: the company must assess equipment and scope before presenting its proposal.
