Define what moves in each area

The template includes storage and archive spaces to fill in. Review goods or documents, furniture and equipment separately. Confirm whether shelving moves or stays in the building. The initial spaces organise the list; their names do not imply stock quantities or describe warehouse contents.

Use packages with verifiable quantities

If you group identical boxes in one entry, specify how many move and each box's measurements. Separate different-sized boxes. When recording a packed set as one package, avoid also counting its contents in other rows. Name entries so you can compare them with the warehouse count.

Identify equipment and special conditions

Add items not in the catalogue with names and measurements. Tell the company the known weight and any handling or transport condition it must review, even if those details are not part of the volume calculation. Cubic metres alone do not determine suitable means for special equipment or loads.

An estimated volume to review the scope

Check the inventory and total before explaining pickup, delivery and moving order. Geometric item volume does not by itself determine vehicle capacity or price. The tool prepares warehouse inventory and volume; financial assessment belongs to the company reviewing the service.
